We're lacking the magic to properly initialise your chipset, in order to correct this please follow the instructions at http://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/MmioTrace to generate a dump from which we can add support for your card.

Thanks for quick response. I've tried different nvidia driver versions, but with all of them X hungs with hooked kernel module :(.

Please advice and tell if you need any info/logs.
Comment 4 Ben Skeggs 2007-08-19 18:36:05 UTC
Does X definitely hang? It can sometimes take several minutes for X to start while running mmio-trace.
Comment 5 Slava S. Kardakov 2007-08-19 20:50:45 UTC
oops. It really was slow X start ._.

Dump was sended to mmio.dumps@g.c
Comment 6 Ben Skeggs 2007-08-22 00:07:13 UTC
Thank you, should be fixed in current drm git.
Comment 7 Slava S. Kardakov 2007-08-22 02:05:31 UTC
It works, thanks.

300 fps in glxgears (800 on nvidia)
