Description Matthias Bläsing 2007-08-26 11:58:35 UTC
Hello,

the summary might sound a bit strange. This is what I see. When I invoke a programm that uses xrandr (xrandr, grandr, totem), the external monitor seems to shut-down shortly, then cames directly up again (no reaction on the internal TFT).

I asume this happens, because/when the connectors are scanned for connections. As I understand this is one of the differences to the old dual-head code.

Thanks in advance

Matthias

PS: This is an ATI 9600 M10

yes this is due to the monitor detection code.
