Description Melissa 2008-01-20 10:14:48 UTC
The current version of the official PDF specification from Adobe ( http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_reference.pdf ) appears to have only one page when viewed. (Tested with Evince.) Occasionally, even that one page will render incorrectly- garbled logo, missing text, etc. The file is not attached to the bug report because it is quite large (~15mb).

Older versions of the same document (located at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/pdf/pdf_reference.html ) work just fine. It'd be funny if Adobe was in violation of their own spec here... this is the first time I've seen a PDF render incorrecly with poppler (so you guys do great work! Thank you!)

You see only one page because there is one page, also the document has four attached files you have to extract (not sure if evince exposes this to the user) to see the specification.

Using poppler master with qt4-splash and gtk-cairo i do not see any problem on rendering the page.

Is there anything required on this bug? Can it be closed?
