patch for utils/HtmlOutputDev.cc

pdftohtml generates outline HTML file, namely xxx-ouline.html, at current directory instead of directory specified by output HTML file.
(default is one that input pdf file is placed.)

Will be fixed in poppler 0.9.1, thanks for reporting.
