Description Jaroslav Petráš 2009-02-01 12:04:22 UTC
Greetings,

in this thread I described my issue:

http://phoronix.com/forums/showthread.php?p=60923

and in this bugreport too:

http://ati.cchtml.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1423

Propably this change in 1.6.0 RC1 'Remove unused pciNumBuses' caused this error 'undefined symbol: pciNumBuses' when fglrx module is being loaded (AMD ATi Catalyst 9.1 driver released before 2-3 days).
Comment 1 Julien Cristau 2009-02-01 12:08:54 UTC
not our bug. fglrx needs to get fixed.

Why was 'pciNumBuses' marked as unused when fglrx recent driver is still using it?

Removal of this caused that I have not 3D acceleration, PowerPlay and HybridCrossfire now and this state will persist for 1-N months :( .

Thanks...
