While installing (downloading pkgs, etc.) the "Package selection" part of window is changing focus from one item to another and it is quite disturbing. One solution might be to sort the list, after user hits "Install", in a way we expect the packages will be installed/downloaded/etc. But I guess there might be a problem when we'd like to download packages in different order than install them. 

Hmm, I am afraid I am not sure of proper solution in this case.
