The following content does not render correctly regarding page size. Evince version is 2.28.1 using Poppler 0.12.0 (cairo) 64b Ubuntu 9.10. Correct rendering on Adobe Reaeder 8.1.7-1 though. Hope this helps.

It would help if you specified your problem more clearly, can you please explain what is exactly your problem?

Yup, reproducible in master only in the cairo backend (splash works)
