Gentoo has recently switched to the Cmake build system for poppler, and I noticed that now apvlv fails to compile. This seems to be because with Cmake POPPLER_WITH_GDK is no longer defined in glib/poppler-features.h. This omission causes problems when using glib/poppler-page.h.

Will be fixed in poppler >= 0.13.1
