The removal of mga_bios.h wasn't reflected in the SDK portion of the Imakefile.
A patch follows that removes mga_bios.h and installs the .txt documention in
lieu of it.

That patch looks fine to me.  Please go ahead and commit it.  I'm sorry that I
missed that the first time around.
