Xorg log

The latest commit to the DDX (5975ce3, "convert entire ddx to rnn headers") causes X to hang to at startup on my GeForce 8500 GT. I got a black screen with the cursor in the upper left corner and had to shutdown the machine. Attached is the X log of the failed start.

Other relevant components:

- Linux kernel 3.2-rc3
- libdrm 2.4.27
- X server 1.11.2.901
- Mesa snapshot from 2011-11-23, commit 0fe14178db

Oops, very sorry about that. I thought I was being extra careful by diffing the cpp output to make sure no bad changes resulted from the header change, but only test-loaded on nvc0.

Thanks for this, fix is in git!
