In the test case of Xlib3/vndrrls/Test and Xlib3/vndrrls/MTest, it will compare whether the XT_VENDOR_RELEASE setting is equal to the string quried from X server. But as described in the spec, it should be ok if XVendorRelease returns a number. So it should not report FAIL when the XT_SERVER_VENDOR is not set correctly, FIP will be better.
