Problem description: Spell checker does not work, neither dynamically nor by explicitly requesting a spell check.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Ensure spell checking is enabled
2. Type some text including spelling mistakes
3. Spelling errors are not highlighted

Current behavior: No spell check

Expected behavior: Spelling errors should be highlighted

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows 7
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/536.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1084.52 Safari/536.5

Thanks for the update. Language was English(UK). I have followed the suggestions in the linked bug, and that has resolved the issue. Thanks again.
