commit 7c3aaddad4ca45eca4bc587973396b546e7a19d9

drm/nouveau/instmem: new implementation, on top of new interfaces

Split instmem/bar setup into separate modules, which allows us to go back
to hardcoded BAR channel setup (less code than interfacing with the vm
subsystem, and can remove some special cases), and also allows some
not-so-obvious ordering requirements of instmem/gpuobj to disappear.

Please retest on the latest kernel. I know lots of people use NVAC just fine.
