if one starts weston-launch in a tty, while holding a finger on the trackpad, then the cursor doesn't move, until one removes one's finger, then puts it back onto the trackpad.

i've noticed that this also happens unexpectedly after having used weston-launch for a while. sometimes it happens in association with moving a window.

in a similar vein: one time, with a patched version of weston, the cursor got stuck when resizing a window to the bottom of the screen. another time, with software-rendering forced in mesa (under an x11 session?), the cursor got stuck when resizing the window to the bottom right hand corner. i'll report whether i see more of this specifically with un-patched versions of weston with hardware acceleration enabled.
