Confirmed.  Please do make an account for Lucas, with full access to and ownership of the "dolt" project.  Lucas will be taking over maintainership of dolt.

Hey,

Just created the account and added Lucas to the jolt group. It should be available in a few minutes.

Not sure what I should do to give the maintainership to Lucas though.

Feel free to reopen if it doesn't work after 30 minutes.
