Starting with XQuartz 2.7.9, multiple windows will close with command-W instead of just the active window. Doesn't affect windows launched from the Applications menu, but does affect windows launched from NEdit Droplet (allows you to launch nedit from the Finder).

This issue didn't exist in 2.7.8.

With 2.7.10_rc2, cmd w is just closing the active window.
