apt dist-upgrade log

My metapackage, `elementary-desktop`, was modified to Recommend `switchboard-plug-bluetooth` instead of `switchboard-plug-gcc-bluetooth`.

While updating using `apt dist-upgrade`, the replacement goes as expected.

While updating using `pkgcon update`, the new replacement package is ignored and the old package remains.
