Add Enlightenment to validate.c file

Hey,

Enlightenment is an old and still very alive modern Desktop Environment. It used .desktop files a lot, and some of these files do not pass validation due to Enlightenment not being recognized by desktop-file-validate tool.

More info:

I've wrote patches to current git version, took example from previous commits about this same subject.
