Description bugs.freedesktop.org 2018-06-16 13:40:40 UTC
This is a followup of a Qubes issue: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/4009

It seems that using the numpad without NumLock turned on switches password entry to “non-verbose” mode, which is scary for new users, while it should only have performed cursor moves (as the touches of numpad without NumLock are only Home, End, Ins, PgUp, PgDn and arrow keys).

I think this is scary for non-technical users, and thus likely a bug. What do you think about it?

HTH,
Leo
