It looks like this bug should be filed against fprintd, not D-Bus. It doesn’t appear to be anything to do with D-Bus. Please file your bug against fprintd in gitlab.freedesktop.org here: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libfprint/fprintd/issues.
