SMU failed after pptable reload.

Hello,
Seems that something has changed in navi10 powerplay code and is now not working. Its present in current amd-staging-drm-next and amd-mainline-dkms-5.0(which was used to track the problem).
Been able to track it between two versions: 5.0.81(48317fb4380e525ee96187dc02f3902694696fed) confirmed working and 5.0.82(fdf4947d93b84a0ec722cbccb040ff1d22b85281) affected(see attachment).
You can reproduce by simply copying same pp_table over running.

I've had this issue as well. You can workaround by reverting this commit:

commit faa695c715e5c9203af824315127037499b33921
Author: Evan Quan <evan.quan@amd.com>
Date: Mon Sep 2 12:37:23 2019 +0800

drm/amd/powerplay: do proper cleanups on hw_fini

These are needed for smu_reset support.

Yes, thank you. That seems to fix powerplay issues.
