Hi,

  When trying tv-out. NTSC works fine, pal on the other hand is quite distorted. 
  I'll attach a screenshot of the image when using PAL (As captured by my tv-card)

My hardware:
  01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon RV100 QY [Radeon 7000/VE] (prog-if 00 [VGA])
