Using latest git. Dell C640 laptop (radeon mobility 7500), connected to a 32" TV with an S-vhs cable. The TV is designed for PAL inputs.

Tv-output works, ntsc gives a clear steady picture, albeit it is black and white.
Setting the output to PAL outputs a garbled image (also in black and white).
