Description David Faure 2008-05-17 01:26:34 UTC
A long time ago I was given CVS access to freedesktop.org, and the email about the vulnerability reminded me that it would be quite useful for me to have access again, so my ssh key needs to be replaced... I tried the automated way (emailing change@db.freedesktop.org), but it didn't work; I don't think my account is associated with a GPG key.

Here's the key it should be associated with:

pub 1024D/09B06E10 2001-09-12 David Faure (KDAB) <dfaure@kdab.net>
 Primary key fingerprint: EEFA 895F EF2D 5532 4DC0 A3B5 EF62 9C54 09B0 6E10

I'll attach the output of `gpg -a --export 09B06E10`

I think my account name was dfaure, I'm not 100% sure about that though.
Also, if might have been associated with david@mandrakesoft.com or dfaure@trolltech.com -- in that case, please make associate it with faure@kde.org, which is a more long-term email address (I don't work for mandrakesoft anymore).

Thanks, and sorry for the trouble.

key added (account name faure), and it's already using dfaure@kde.org, but you're not in any groups, so your account is disabled. are there any groups (i guess specifications at a minimum) you should be in?

It's using dfaure@kde.org? Strange, I rarely use that email address, I always use faure@kde.org (the dfaure alias is for people who "guess" my kde.org email address from my irc nick :)

I think I should be part of the group that allows making changes to the shared-mime-info specification and code (and to the trash specification but I think that one hasn't even been put into freedesktop.org yet).

BTW, can you remind me the CVS address of the repository, or a web page with such details?

Thanks!

Ah yes, it is faure@k.o: brainfart on my behalf.

Sure, I've added you to the mime group now.

cvs.freedesktop.org:/cvs/mime/shared-mime-info
:pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.freedesktop.org:/cvs/mime/shared-mime-info

Cheers,
Daniel
