Patch from Micha Feigin to properly suspend and resume the DRI on mach64.  Based
on radeon suspend.

I manually applied and modified this to work with the tvout patch (bug 2057) and
it seems to work fine on my Fujitsu P2110 with FreeBSD 6-CURRENT.
