Description Shlomi Fish 2010-09-29 04:22:40 UTC
When I start X Server with KMS enabled on my Mandriva Linux Cooker system (updated today), then even with icewm, the X server crashes right on start, and won't let me do anything. After rebooting without KMS, the X server starts fine, even with KDE.

I have an ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro card (r600).

Here are the versions of my packages:

* libxorg-x11-7.5-4mdv2010.1

* x11-server-1.7.7-1mdv2010.1

* x11-driver-video-ati-6.13.2-1mdv2011.0

* kernel-desktop-latest-2.6.35.6-1mnb2

Regards,

OK, I will, but this will require a reboot.
