The "Open..." button in the Start Center has two clickable regions: one invokes the "Open" file browser, the other invokes a dropdown menu of the recent file history. A vertical line indicates the (ostensible) border of the two regions. However, clicking anywhere on the orange outline of the button invokes the file browser, even if the user clicks on the side that should open the file history dropdown menu.

This is definitely a duplicate of an already fixed bug. I can not find it right now though. It should have been closed in 4.0 or 4.1, I think. :/
