Description Roland Mainz 2004-04-03 18:28:05 UTC
I can't build ST in seperate objdir on Linux.

Steps to reproduce:
% mkdir st
% cd st
% cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@pdx.freedesktop.org:/cvs/stsf login
<Press ENTER>
% cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@pdx.freedesktop.org:/cvs/stsf co stsf
% cd stsf/
% mkdir objdir
% cd objdir/
% ../configure

Result:
objdir> ../configure
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in `pwd` ../`pwd`

Expected result:
"configure" should work even when invoked outside the source dir (e.g. seperate
objdir to allow to build multiple binary versions from the same source).
