Problem description: I cannot get working any accent ` ^ ¨ ¸ into libreoffice writer. I'm running arch linux, kde and the accent are working in any others software that I'm using... any browser (firefox, opera, chrome) .. kopete, text editor (emacs), terminal, etc.

I think it's a dup of fdo#38143.
On this thread http://forums.quebecos.com/showthread.php?tid=6564, we can read :
