Not all monitors return correctly formatted EDID contents, and having an ability
dump the raw contents facilities getting a "smoking gun" when dealing with
manufacturers.

Patch to dump EDID

This could be changed from X_INFO to X_PROBED, or bracketed with #ifdef DEBUG.
