While the theoretical use is within Fedora's trademark guidelines, it's a bit odd, given that pk-users.html isn't shipped in the packaged docs (at least in Fedora).

Right, agreed. It's kinda odd that the website is packaged in the tarball at all, and even weirder that they are installed on the client system. I've committed this upstream:
