When called as a library Exempi prints out a variety of error messages to stderr and provides no builtin way to silence itself. This can make stderr fairly messy if the user is handling Exempi's exceptions and doesn't want Exempi's stderr littering its own output. It would be really helpful to be able to tell Exempi that I don't want it to write anything to stderr, which is much cleaner than silencing stderr before every Exempi function call.
