i915_error_state

While I was surfing to a site (firefox www.hln.be) my system locked up for a few seconds.

dmesg showed the following error:
[ 9560.052783] [drm:i915_hangcheck_hung] *ERROR* Hangcheck timer elapsed... GPU hung
[ 9560.052788] [drm] capturing error event; look for more information in /debug/dri/0/i915_error_state

Was able to reproduce this twice now (same site).

One thing to do is to remove i915.i915_enable_fbc=1

Whilst i915.i915_enable_rc6 is in effect, I'm classifying this as user error for enabling a known broken option.
