Proposed patch to allow escaped commas

Currently every comma in any argument is automatically treated as a delimiter, no matter what. This can be problematic if an argument string actually should have a comma in it.

This patch allows one to escape a comma with a backslash to get around this problem.

I'd like to write a test for this code, but doing so may require some restructuring of dbus-send.c. I'm new here, so are there any suggestions for how (and where) to add tests for this properly?

To be honest I suspect the right answer to this is "don't use dbus-send".
