Well, first of all - I am not really sure what is the CVS access policy for the
translators on fd.o. It is not for me to decide. Second, I think this bug should
be filed not against xkeyboard-config but against fd.o itself.
sergey -- your project, your call. give me the yes/no and I'll do just that.
OK, let's say yes. I am sure Milan knows how to use CVS so he would not spoil
the files other than cz.po
Just for the record, I'd say translations are better done through Translation
Project, as XKeyboard-Config is a registered project there.
Translation Project has a friendly robot assistant (albeit a bit lazy
sometimes), which will inform the translator in charge about new versions of
template PO files, take submission of translated PO files from the translator
and assure its correctness, and file it back to XKeyboard-Config.

Yes but unfortunately TP is not nearly as quick as, say, GTP. And so far all the
translations have to come through my hands - which does not make much sense,
from the overall workflow POV (I cannot control their quality anyway, since I
know only English and Russian:)
also, fyi, if you don't reassign the bug back to fd.o, I don't see it ...
