Configuration log file for cross compiling Lib X11

I checked the source file with the git source, both are same i dont know why this error is coming, is i need any other dependency files to cross compile this, can anyone helpme to fix this, the following command which i had used for cross compiling, for your reference i have attached the config.log also

export PATH=$PATH:/opt/toolchain/arm-2009q3/bin/
CC=arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc ./configure --target=arm-linux --host=i686-linux

That seems to indicate you're missing the x11proto package, but the configure
logs show pkg-config found it. Have you overridden the -I flags that pkg-config found for it?

No, i haven't do anything, only the process i done was downloaded the libx11 src, configure it and make it, thats all

Actually, what i want to do was i have developed a GTK application that i want to port into my arm board colibri t30, so, for that i need to compile the application for a arm version, when i compiled, it asks for the library lgtk3, so i downloaded the gtk3 version source and compiled for a arm version, in that it shows no libx11 support, so i am trying to cross compile the libx11. this is the process i have done
