gtk-doc: DOC_SOURCE_DIR is relative to builddir

when source dir ! builddir , we fail to parse all the non generated sources . gtk-doc DOC_SOURCE_DIR is from current dir, here build dir. The patch prepend the absolute source dir.
Mind generated pk-enum-types.c/.h is not parsed anymore, we might want to include both static source files and generated sources files (then we should add the non prepended source directory too).
