frame on the right shows with blue background

When working on bug 77514, attachment 97456 [details] shows up with a frame whose background in blue rather than white in both 4.3.1 and master.

Well it seems 4.3.1 is fixed after i updated

was fixed on libreoffice-4-3 branch by commit dc17dad5fd7509f191718df8690e5847ab87669a (and demonstrates that
it was the right decision to revert and limit the damage to master)

wonder if this is a duplicate of bug 80468, or if there are
2 similar bugs here...

Well in the other bug, a background color was set as a color, in this bug, the file has no fill as background of the frame. Its possible that it is related as i think the new picture background and frame background stuff has been merged, right?

Still in blue in master. Not sure if its bug 80468 related.
