Created attachment 120715 [details] Cause analysis The issues still exist in 5.0.3. The bullet used to indicate space is drawn above the space. However if the bullet of the font is wider than the space of the font, it seems closer to the next character.
Mark Hung committed a patch related to this issue. It has been pushed to "master": http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=e32fd5e8671b787dfc6795f3109c616974fe2594 tdf#83755 correct non-printing character position It will be available in 5.2.0. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
