Version 4.3.2.2 - cell colour formatting not working.

for me not reproducible with LO 4.3.2.2 (Win 8.1), at least not under Windows

Steps Done:
1. Open Calc
2. Select any cell and select another background and text colour from the toolbar at the top

Result:
Colours are changed.
