Hello,

We cannot create an account without the maintainer of gstreamer or one of the top developers to accept your request to get push rights to gstreamer.

PS: moving this to the newaccount.

Hi, thanks for your interest in contributing to GStreamer.

You do not need a developer account in order to contribute to GStreamer, and we only give developer accounts to long-term contributors.

Simply check out gst-plugins-bad or the other modules using the anonymous or http checkout methods, and then make your modifications locally. You can then export your changes (commits) with "git format-patch -1" (for example) and attach the patch file(s) to a bug in GNOME bugzilla (bugzilla.gnome.org product GStreamer) where someone will review it and push if for you.

Pop into our IRC channel #gstreamer on FreeNode IRC if you have any questions.
