Problem description: 
The GUI for most LibreOffice components (Writer, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Database) is quite anachronistic 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any LO component


Current behavior: LibreOffice GUI for its components is too 'old-looking', laking of modern features.

Expected behavior: LibreOffice should have more productive and user friendly graphical interfaces. Modern characteristics and features of competitor's software should be used as a guide.

if you are talking about the Microsoft Ribbon consider that many people hate it... I hope LibO will never use such a GUI
