Image of display output

My GPU is Mullins, integrated with the GX-412HC system-on-chip.

I am running Ubuntu 14.10 with xserver-xorg-video-radeon_7.5.0-1.

Video output when running in any 1080i display mode is corrupted, with the top half of the framebuffer looking normal, the bottom half being compressed vertically to a fraction of its height, and the remainder of the bottom half filled with corruption.

I am attaching an image.
