Steps to reproduce error:

1. run XQuartz and open an xterm window
2. run `Xnest -sync -geometry 1024x768 :1 &`
3. run `DISPLAY=:1 xlogo`

ERROR:

Assertion failed: (key->initialized), function dixGetPrivateAddr, file ../include/privates.h, line 122.
Abort trap: 6

The Xnest window dies.
