Running tkmedit within freesurfer on a cluster, which uses X11 to open GUIs I believe, breaks. See commands below.

tkmedit P0170 brainmask.mgz -aux T1.mgz -surfs -aparc+aseg

You need to enable iglx if you want to use it.
