po/*.po may contain 'fuzzy' translated messages automatically guessed by intltool-merge. But since almost all fuzzy translations are serious mistranslation that make users confused, just keep them untranslated is better solution.

I don't know and could not instantly find how to stop the fuzzy translation.

AFAIK, fuzzy translations are invisible to users. So they don't make users confused.

I close this bug because there is no good reason to remove fuzzy translations.
