Attached patch makes Uzbek keyboard standard compliant and splits it into "cyrillic" and "latin" variants. Official standard is at the following link (in Russian): http://www.uznet.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=288&Itemid=58

Thanks, accepted with one minor change - the group name for the default layout is expected to be "Uzbekistan"
