Some time in the last week, nouveau was broken on my system.

I'll try to do a git-bisect in the next couple of days to narrow it down.

Xorg.0.log and dmesg logs (with debug=1) both before and after trying to start X attached.

Should be fixed in drm git 023f7d9c0064f912415c92a85c3a9d722191909f.
