Attached PDF file (obtained from Paris city website) is crashing gtk-splash-test (CVS HEAD), not being loaded by gtk-cairo-test and also crashes PDF Inspector.

This file seems incorrected somehow but xpdf 3.02 is able to handle it anyway, as well as gv 3.6.2 (which does write a warning about garbage for %%EOF

the file does not end with mandatory %%EOF, so it's not a pdf file.

Well, even if file got truncated as it seems to be, acrobat reader 7 is also able to read this file.

It would be nice for poppler to be handle it too..
