BTW, "--auto " seems very important. If I issue the same command without --auto the VGA-0 is dumped to a low resolution 640x480. Although, xrandr -q reports _high_ resolution. VGA-0 is a Dell 2407 -wfp many thanks. default: xserver-xorg with ubuntu-gutsy
If I move my VGA-0 (1280x800) below LVDS everything is fine. Sorry read the above line as: If I move my VGA-0 below LVDS everything is fine.
Please attach your xorg log and config. Also does the problem persist with ati git master?
